Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in staffing and recruitment
Build and maintain relationships with clients and hiring managers
Pitch Worklance’s services to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs
Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy
Experience / Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or sales (staffing industry preferred)
Strong understanding of U.S. staffing models: temporary staffing, temp-to-perm, direct hire, and contract-to-hire
Familiarity with employer of record (EOR) responsibilities for temporary placements
Basic knowledge of compliance rules such as I-9 verification, W-2 vs. 1099 classifications, EEO laws, and FLSA overtime regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong network in IT, healthcare, or professional services is a plus
