The selected candidate will fill the role of .NET/C# Mid-Level Developer and will be part of the development effort to convert the client Traffic Records Systems applications from Java to.NET.
The contractor will work with Business Owners in the translation of customer requests into technical request and user stories, coordinates software release schedules with the Business and Technical Team, develops business requirements, and provides testing and training support. This individual must have proven experience with enterprise level software development programs.
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Math, or Engineering or related technical discipline.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Documented experience developing applications using .NET/C#/ASP.Net Core and GIT/Azure DevOps (3 Years)
• Documented experience developing applications using relational databases (such as SQL Server, Oracle) (3 Years)
• Documented experience developing applications using web services (SOAP and REST) and user interfaces (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) (3 Years)
• Demonstrated ability in application analysis and design, cost analysis, estimating staffing needs, testing, documentation, and implementation (3 Years)
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Experience with ASP.Net MVC
• Experience with object-relational mapper such as Dapper, Entity Framework
• Experience with testing frameworks such as nUnit, MSTest
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
• Experience developing new web-based applications using .NET/C/ASP.Net Core, relational databases (such as SQL Server, Oracle), web services (SOAP and REST), user interfaces (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript), and GIT/Azure DevOps for a minimum of 3 years.
• Demonstrated ability in application analysis and design, cost analysis, estimating staffing needs, testing, documentation, and implementation for a minimum of 3 years.
